Potential opening of Hong Kong Pacific School

The potential opening of Hong Kong Pacific School is subject to various factors:

• the resolution and outcome of litigation between us and Hong Kong International School Association Limited; and
• approval by the Education Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (EDB)

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT IF OR WHEN HONG KONG PACIFIC SCHOOL WILL OPEN.

We also make no representations or warranties about the operation of Hong Kong Pacific School (if that school opens), including whether any student would be offered a place at Hong Kong Pacific School or whether any person would be employed at Hong Kong Pacific School.

Any fees charged by the potential Hong Kong Pacific School (if it opens) are subject to approval by the EDB.

If Hong Kong Pacific School opens, its curriculum, activities and other services would not be affiliated with, licensed, sponsored, or endorsed by HKIS and / or HKISAL.

HKIS IS OPERATED BY HKISAL AND NOT THE LUTHERAN CHURCH — MISSOURI SYNOD (LCMS) AND / OR HONG KONG PACIFIC SCHOOL.

If you are seeking information about, or wish to apply to, HKIS, please note that it should not be confused with Hong Kong Pacific School.

Hong Kong Pacific School (if it opens) would be (a) established by the Lutheran Church — Missouri Synod, and (b) an entirely separate organisation and school from HKIS.

If it opens, the LCMS intends (subject to various factors – please see above) for Hong Kong Pacific School to operate at No. 6 & 23 South Bay Close, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong (the Repulse Bay Campus), which is currently occupied by HKIS and / or HKISAL.

While Hong Kong Pacific School intends to operate at the Repulse Bay Campus, the proposed Hong Kong Pacific School is not affiliated or related in any way to HKIS and / or HKISAL.

Please do not be confused between Hong Kong Pacific School and HKIS / HKISAL.
